    Depending on the size of your load and the day you choose to drop off, expect to spend 45 minutes to an hour for smaller loads,  1-2 hours for large loads, and 3-8 hours for Mega Sellers who have trailer loads, etc. The length of your appointment can fluctuate depending on different circumstances.

    NEW Info for Spring 2024 Drop Off!
    In the efforts to maintain traffic flow for sellers and work flow for our inspectors, you will now see different drop off appointments based on the amount of items you are selling, as well as special slots for express pass recipients for drop off. See below for a complete description.

    • MEGA LOADS: are for sellers that are bringing u-haul type trucks, packed trailers, or perhaps multiple vehicles at one time with a massive load of inventory that generally takes hours to inspect and put out. Currently we only have a handful of mega sellers, so we've spaced out the available time slots to better serve everyone, avoiding a potential bottleneck at drop off. Instead of combining Large Loads and Mega Loads once every 30 mins along with multiple regular loads,  we changed the structure to have specific times where we halt all other appointments for ONE Mega Load so that multiple inspectors can be on hand for Mega Loads at once. If you are a new MEGA SELLER and cannot find an open time slot please contact us. *Mega Loads should arive early to load their racks so that they are checked in and ready for inspection at time of their appointment.

    • LARGE LOADS: are for sellers that have around $3-4 thousand dollars in inventory for drop off. Large loads are not as massive as Mega loads and as a rule of thumb are usually around 5-9 racks of merchandise. Instead of spacing out 1 Large Load every 30 mins, we changed the structure to have specific times where we halt Regular Load Appointments so that multiple inspectors can be on hand for Large Loads at once.
    • REGULAR LOADS: Regular loads are for the majority of sellers with an average amount of items, usually 1-4 racks of merchandise.
    • EXPRESS PASS LOADS: Express Pass holders with a regular load have options on their drop off slots. This season we added a time frame at the beginning and/or end of each day that is specifically JUST for express pass loads. Each season we send out an email to anyone who qualified from the previous season based on the quality and number of items they have had rejected in previous sales. As a rule of thumb, once you earn express status, a rack of clothing should be inspected in about 1 minute (does not include shoes or teen clothing). This drastically speeds up your time going thru inspection. Generally our express pass holders are very meticulous, organized, and follow directions well for prep, so come time for inspection, we do not have to sift through their items as intensely and can move them thru much faster. As a result, we reward those pass holders with expedited inspection. If multiple rejects are found during an express inspection, we do revert back to a full inspection.  *Express pass recipients are welcome to choose any other drop off slot that suits their merchandise load, not just the specific time slots labeled for express.

    When You Arrive

    1. Get an available rack and load it with your items in size/gender/garment type order. **Please limit racks to no more than 4 at a time so others have a rack to use. You may rotate your 4 racks as they get inspected. ** Having your items in the above order will help you put your items out quickly. Clothing is categorized by onesies, 1 piece outfits, 2 piece outfits, coats/jackets, pjs, tops, bottoms, skirts, dresses, etc.  Toys and other large items can be placed on the bottom of a rack or brought inside once you have been assigned an inspection station.
    2. Scan the QR code on the banner outside and complete your digital check in form. Your registration status will say not approved until you check in at the table and we email your passes. 
    3. Proceed to the Check-In Table through the double doors.  An attendant will be there to greet you, check you in, email your digital pre-sale passes, and pull your rack(s) through the inspection lane. Please make sure all of your clothing is hung on racks and not placed in totes at time of inspection.
    4. Once you have dropped your rack(s) off at the inspection lane, you will have a seat in the seller waiting area while our team of inspectors check your items. Express Pass recipients and Workers will be bumped to the front of the line. We will announce your name over the intercom when a) your shoes are inspected and ready to be put out and b) when your rack of items has been inspected and is ready to be put out. If you have multiple racks, your items will be inspected in the order they are brought in. For example, if you bring 4 racks in at once, those 4 racks will be inspected together. If you bring 1 rack in at a time, they will be inspected in order of being placed through the inspection line. Please be aware of how many racks you have. It will be up to you to ensure you did not miss or abandon racks after inspection.
    5. Please utilize the drop zone areas marked with balloons when putting items out on sales floor (a helper will put specific items out for you).
    6. Once you have put all your items out, return to the check in table with your sticker to collect any unaccepted items. Make sure you have received your pre-sale passes in your inbox. Then you are done! See you at the pre-sale!

    Do not let unattended children assist at Drop Off: We have seen children place items in several spots incorrectly. This is discouraging to volunteers who help organize the sales floor, and to customers who won’t be able to find your item to purchase. Items continually placed in the wrong spot will result in not being able to participate in future seasons.

    1. Doors do not open early.
    2. Enter through the North Gate, continue straight, and turn right along the southern side of the building (facing the clock tower).  This is the carpool pick up area. 
    3. Have your PICK UP PASS pulled up on your phone or printed out and READY for us to scan! (Pick up passes are emailed after opening Day. Check your promotions or spam folder if you have not received).
    4. If an alternate is picking up for you, text them or email them your pick up pass.
    5. TTT attendants will be in the outside carpool lane placing pick up tags on windshields, scanning pick up passes, and distributing Checks.
    6. Pull all the way up to the carpool entrance and pop your trunk/unlock doors.  We will bring items to you and load your vehicle.
    7. To check the no tag area, you MUST pull out of the pick up lane and park. Walk over to view these items. See attendant to claim an item.
    Important information about Pick Up:
    TTT has a contractual obligation to be loaded OUT of the building by the end of pick up day. For this reason, we do not have the time to allow additional pick up times.  Absolutely No Exceptions.  All items not picked up will be donated.

    Alternate Pick Up Persons:

    • Send alternate persons your digital pick up pass to authorize them for unsold item pick up and consignor check pick up.
