|
- To hang clothes and other items.
- The size of the hanger does not matter, but it needs to have a standard sized hook to slide across our racks.
- Don't worry about buying pant style hangers. Use shirt hangers and pin the bottoms on. See the clothing tutorials for demonstration.
- Hangers can be wire or tubular.

Card Stock Paper
|
- This is the paper you print your tags on. It has the thickness of a note card, but comes in a standard size sheet.
- The strength of card stock allows repetitive handling and helps to ensure the tag does not tear or fall off easily.
- White card stock usually scans the fastest.
- Our system prints 6 tags per page.

Safety Pins
|
- Use for securing clothing to hangers to prevent slippage.
- Used to secure tags to an item if you decide not to get a tagging gun.
- Sizes # 2 and # 3 are recommended.
- Smaller pins WILL break off due to the weight of the garment once it slides back and forth on the racks.

Zip Ties
a.k.a Cable Ties
|
- Small zip ties are the best way to keep shoes from separating.
- Large zip ties help keep toys, equipment and other misc. items together.
- Zip ties help prevent theft or loss because it properly secures an item.

Packing Tape
|
- Use for securing tags, bags, boxes and other non-clothing items.
- Clear packing tape is the most secure tape for your tag and your item.
- For items where the tape might pull paint, tear packaging, or ruin the item, take caution. You may want to wrap the item in saran wrap or plastic before taping.
- If you choose to use masking tape, avoid the cheap brands because they do not stick well. Whichever tape you choose, make sure it is secured and well taped.

Plastic Baggies
|
- Use for combining multiple items like toys, books, accessories and small pieces to larger items.
- Jumbo baggies are great for larger items you want to put together or just protect from getting dirty.
- Remember to secure baggies extra well with packing tape.
- Clear trash bags also work great for protecting items like throw rugs, cloth kid chairs, holiday garments, christening gowns, or anything else you don't want to get dirty.

Tagging Gun

- Use for attaching tags to garments or other items with cloth.
- Expedite prep time and save finger aches from pins with a tagging gun.
- Tagging guns offer your item more security than safety pins.
- Consignor's don't realize that they will actually spend more money on safety pins than with a tagging gun kit.
- Kit takes approx 7-10 business days to arrive.
- If
you decide to purchase elsewhere, make sure your gun is a "fine" gun.
Regular needles will damage your items and upset our customers! Fine
guns will also leave holes, so you must follow our instructions on where
to attach the tag.
