Pick Up Info

Pick up day is for items not marked for donate.
    What to Expect When You Pick Up:
  1. Doors do not open earlier than 12:00 pm. Often we are preparing until exactly 12:00 pm.
  2. You may use the circular drive directly in front of the building to pick up
  3. When you arrive, the sales floor will be broken down and barricaded
  4. Enter to the front desk and tell us your consignor # and name (see below if you are an alternate)
  5. Present your proof of ID (see below if you are an alternate)
  6. A worker will go and collect your items for you and bring them to the front
  7. While we are collecting your things, take this time to look at the unclaimed items on both sides of the desk. These items have lost their tags. If you claim an item, see attendant to fill out a proof of claim slip.
  8. You may use our rolling racks or buggies to transport your items to your car
Information about Pick Up:

  • Because we have a lease agreement with the Horse Park, we have to fulfill our load out deadline. For this reason, we do not have the time to re-schedule a pick up. Absolutely No Exceptions.
  • All items not picked up by 8:00pm on Monday, 10/04/2010 will be donated to charity.
  • The busiest time for pick up is exactly at 12:00pm. If you are using your lunch break to pick up, be aware that often there is a 10-25 minute line to pick up when the doors first open. Generally anytime after 1:30pm we are less congested. 

Alternate Pick Up Persons:

  • Consignor approved alternates may pick your items up for you.
  • We will have a sheet available at drop off for you to fill out your approved pick up alternates. Alternates include people like spouses, older children, friends, other consignors whom you know, neighbors, etc., who you trust to pick up your things should you not be able to come.
  • Alternates are required to show proof of identification at pick up.
  • Be sure your alternate knows your consignor number. Write it down for them and let them know what to expect at pick up. Help them out since they are helping you out :)
