Pick Up Info: Conyers

Pick up day is for items not marked for donate.
    What to Expect When You Pick Up
  1. Doors do not open earlier than 10:00 am on the day of pick up.
  2. At our Conyers Location, we use a drive thru system. Pull into the open bay doors. An attendant will ask for your consignor number and place it via sticky note on your windshield.
  3. As you drive into the building, a runner is gathering your items for you. Go to the sign in table and provide your ID and sign off on the consignor's sheet.
  4. A worker will help you load your items into your car.
  5. Looking through the lost tags items: To keep the flow of traffic moving, please drive thru the building and park to the right. You may walk back through to the table area where the lost tags aisle is. We suggest that everyone take a look through the lost tags items. If an item is yours, please see the table attendant to fill out a "proof of claim" slip.
Information about Pick Up:

  • Because we have a lease agreement with the Horse Park, we have to fulfill our move out deadline. For this reason, we do not have the time to allow additional pick up times. Absolutely No Exceptions.
  • All items not picked up by 8:00 pm on Wednesday, 3/7/2012 will be donated to charity.
  • The busiest time for pick up is at 10:00 am. Generally we are less congested between 2:00pm - 5:00pm and then after 7:00pm.


Alternate Pick Up Persons:

  • Consignor approved alternates may pick your items up for you.
  • We will have a sheet available at drop off for you to fill out your approved pick up alternates. Alternates include people like spouses, older children, friends, other consignors whom you know, neighbors, etc., who you trust to pick up your things should you not be able to come.
  • Alternates are also required to show proof of identification at pick up.
  • Be sure your alternate knows your consignor number. Write it down for them and let them know what to expect at pick up. Help them since they are helping you :)
