Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following aspects of consigning by checking each box. Once you continue with registration, you will be taken to TTT's official consignor waiver to initial and accept. Once you are registered for the upcoming season, you can immediately begin creating your tags, preparing your items, and cleaning out your house!

TTT is VERY PICKY about quality. You will need to pre-inspect your own items prior to preparing them for the sale. At drop off, TTT's inspectors are held accountable for each consignor they inspect. Please understand that you will have items that get sent back home with you. The amount that you receive back will vary depending on how well your lighting is, as well as how well you inspect and choose which of your items to sell.
It is against the law for consignors to sell a recalled item. TTT has provided a link on the Prep page to check items against the CPSC recall list. Consignors can also call or check the manufacturer's website for recall information.
Following TTT’s preparation tutorials is VERY important.
- Customers can shop with uniformity (increases your sales because then they can shop easily!)
- Volunteers can efficiently sort unsold items back to consignor number after the sale for consignors to pick up.
- If an item is not secured well enough, the tag or pieces of an item can get separated and won’t be able to be sold.
Good descriptions on your tags not only help deter tag switchers, but also help TTT match the item to the tag in case it should get separated during the event.
Price reasonably. We have seen the success in consignor’s checks when they follow our pricing guide, and we have seen the disappointment in consignors who have priced their items too high. If our pricing tips page does not help you, please contact us for our input on pricing a specific item.
Know what to expect at Drop Off:
- After registering to consign, choose a drop off appointment from your consignor homepage while they are still available! You can log in and re-schedule appointment at any time if needed.
- You may have someone else drop off or pick up your items for you. TTT will have a sheet available at drop off for you to list approved pick up alternates. If you have an alternate drop off your items, you'll need to inform them who is allowed to pick up your things and if you are just consigning or if you are also a volunteer (and how many hours you are volunteering if so). This info is used to determine which pre-sale passes you receive and what type of consignor you are committing to be (consigning only , 4 hr, 8 hr, 12 hr, 16 hr, 20 hr worker). Alternates must sign off on your drop off paperwork, so inform them with this info ahead of time! Everyone picking up should list approved alternates since sickness, childcare issues, and emergencies can arise unexpectedly any time.
- Rejected items need to be immediately placed in your car before putting your accepted items out on the sales floor. This is to help maintain the security of all consignor's belongings and prevent anyone from being accused of stealing merchandise.
- You will need to put out or set up your own items after inspection. Along with gender color coded signs, volunteer Floor Directors will be in designated areas to assist you. Other volunteers and staff will be on hand to help you if you have any questions.
Items not picked up by 8pm on pick up day (Wed, Mar 7, 2012) will be donated to charity. The building MUST be cleaned out promptly after pick up, so that TTT can properly end their seasonal lease with the facility. No Exceptions, Sorry.
You are paid based on your tags scanned at checkout, not by your inventory report. TTT does not cross reference each item dropped off to the consignor's inventory report due to time and volunteer availability. Many consignors will enter more inventory than they actually bring, or have items that get rejected at drop off. Therefore, TTT cannot determine which items from inventory were actually dropped off. TTT will not be held responsible for item's not accounted for in regards to their inventory report, including theft or loss.
Consign at your own risk. Occasionally there are minor discrepancies of sales vs items picked up. TTT is NOT responsible for these discrepancies. This may occur in several ways;
- If an item is improperly secured
- If the consignor enters an item into their inventory but never drops it off
- If a dishonest shopper switches a tag with another item or commits theft of that item
- If a volunteer incorrectly sorts an item into another consignor's pick up pile, that may have similar looking consignor numbers.
TTT has cautionary procedures in place to reduce these cases; hired and volunteer security (uniform and plain clothes), workers who re-secure items/match up lost tags as time permits, and increased days for sorting items back to consignor number. If you find a discrepancy in your account larger than $15.00, contact TTT before checks are issued so that they can research the issue. TTT will not be held responsible for discrepancies, but will work hard to research the issue at hand.
Working is OPTIONAL and has rewards like keeping a higher percentage of your sales (for those who work 8 hrs or more) and earlier shopping times at the pre-sale. If you choose to volunteer, understand TTT's worker policy before committing.
If something comes up and you are not able to participate, you will need to log in and un-register for the current event.
- If you can not participate and DO NOT un-register, penalty fees will apply in your next participating event.
- Other consignors are waiting for an opening to register, to get a drop off time that is OPEN, or a work shift that is available.
Read the "What's New for Spring 2012" info on the prior page. This section includes important expiration dates on certain items as well as any changes in our sale from last season.
Hair Bow Consignors will be limited to 4 consignors only. This does not apply if you are selling a few of your daughter's outgrown bows. This limit is for the consignors who are selling a large quantity of bows/ hair accessories with or without a display. Email Conyers@TTTsale.com for approval. |
