Parking & Admission
Parking and Admission are Free! Park in the "Red" Parking lot, which is located in front of our facility, and walk down our circular drive to enter the sale. The circular drive area is reserved for staff parking, and pick ups only. The Horse Park will enforce this especially on our busiest days. If you make a purchase, you may bring your car to the building for pick up after checking out. |

Bringing Children
This applies to pre-sale days for consignors, opening day to the public, and Discount Friday
Unlike other consignment sales, we do not prohibit children or strollers on opening day. We understand that your children are the reason you come to our events and we respect each parent that properly watches their children if they choose to bring them. However, TTT strongly recommends that you attend pre-sale day for consignors, opening day, and discount Friday without children because of the crowds and restroom locations. Read over this page to understand how our event works and facilities that are available to you so that you can make an informed decision about bringing your children on these three busy days. Keep in mind the rest of our event days are very laid back and much more manageable for you with your children. Remember, if your children disrupt the sales floor merchandise, you and/or your child will be asked to stop by our attendants. Merchandise on the floor is the property of our consignors and we take necessary steps to protect their items.

Restrooms
During the Fall event, the Rockdale County Fair will be blocking the front restroom facility. Restrooms for our usage are located behind the sale building at the Charles Walker Arena. These restrooms are within walking/driving distance. In the past, we have received complaints about restroom locations, so please understand that this is what we have to offer and make necessary arrangements before you come. There are no restrooms directly inside our event building.

Fitting Room
We do have a private room which can be used to try on clothing. However, the fitting room will not be available on pre-sale days for consignors, opening day the public, or discount Friday due to crowd sizes. All other days, ask for an attendant to unlock the fitting room door. We will monitor the merchandise going in and out for theft control.

Facility
Our event facility is not temperature controlled. Please make necessary arrangements and come to our event dressed properly for your convenience. |

Return Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges. All items are quickly inspected upon check in for quality and cleanliness. It is the customer's responsibility to do a final inspection of the item before purchasing. Batteries may be available on our non-busy days should a customer need to check if an item works. Batteries not available for testing on consignor pre-sale days, opening weekend to the public and discount weekend due to crowd control.

Buggies
TTT has buggies available for our customer's shopping convenience. We encourage people to bring their own shopping container on pre-sale days for consignors, opening weekend to the public, and discount days due to availability.

Security
TTT takes theft seriously and that is why we generally do not have any major issues. We hire police, private security, and plain clothes security. We do this to provide peace of mind and safety to our customers, consignors, and their merchandise. TTT may check strollers, infant carriers, containers and large bags as a preventative measure. Tag switching is considered theft. All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. |
