Tips For Successful Tagging:

Set out your clothing items in size and gender order before creating your tags.

Try to complete one category at a time when making your tags; clothes, then shoes, then equipment, then furniture, etc. Using this method, you won't have to do as much clicking with your mouse.

Detailed descriptions help us verify an item to it's tag when it is being purchased. We want to be sure the GYMBOREE jeans are NOT being sold with an OLD NAVY tag description!

Poor descriptions do not help us when we need to research anything about an item or reunite a tag to an item. Help protect your items.

If you have never consigned before, you may feel overwhelmed your first time. Do 10 or 15 minutes each night to get your items ready. Don't wait until the last minute and be pushed for time or you'll wish you had started earlier.

If you decide to consign a few things, focus on your big selling items like toys, baby equipment, playground equipment, furniture, boys clothes, etc. Our goal is to help you make the most money. These types of items will sell quickly, save you time, and maximize your check!

        How to Create Your Tags
  • Log in to your consignor home page
  • Click on Work With My Consigned Inventory
  • Click on Work With My Consigned Items
  • Begin filling in the drop down and description boxes for each item
  • Click the Discount or Donate boxes, if you choose to discount and/or donate any items. This box must be checked for each item you wish to discount or donate.
  • Click Submit and enter another item
Creating Tags For Mulitple Identical Items
  1. Enter the quantity of tags you want printed after typing the description and price in.
  2. The system will create up to 25 tags with the same information with specific barcodes for each item.
  3. DO NOT create one tag and photo copy it for multiple identical items. If you do this, it will only ring up once and your remaining items with that duplicated tag cannot be sold. Each item needs it's own specific barcode, so be sure each item shows up in your inventory sheet and use the qty feature!
