What To Expect When You Drop Off
  1. When you arrive, check in at the front to sign in.
  2. Sign in and fill out ALL the information on the sheet. This info is used to issue your pre-sale passes
  3. Grab a rolling rack and place your clothes in size and gender order.
  4. When you are ready, we will inspect your items while you wait.
  5. Items that are stained, defective, torn, faded, out of season or date, etc., will be returned to you.
  6. EVERY CONSIGNOR WILL BE IN CHARGE OF PLACING/SETTING UP THEIR ITEMS ON THE SALES FLOOR AFTER THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH INSPECTION.
  7. A worker will be stationed in each section of the building to clarify where you should place your items. Signage will also be provided to help you. Any abandoned items not placed on the sales floor by the consignor will be placed in the reject area.
  8. It is the consignor's responsibility to place an item in the correct area to be sold.

Tips From the Pros About Dropping Off:

  • The first few days of drop off are slower than Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • If you want your items to sell, put them on the sales floor where they belong. Stashing them or just throwing them anywhere on the rack or table is a good way NOT to sell them. Follow our signs or ask a worker if you need help finding the right spot for an item.
  • Do not prepare your items at drop off. Your tags should already be on the item, your clothes should already be secured to hangers, your baggies and other items should already be substantially secured with tape, zip ties, etc, and your items should already be cleaned and wiped down by the time you get here. If items are not displayed securely, you will either be asked to re-do them or you will be at a higher risk for loss.
  • Make sure your tags are on the correct side and that your pants and skirts are correctly placed on the hanger so they do not fall (see the Preparing My Items page). If they are not done correctly, they won't face the right way on the racks and customers will have trouble shopping. You will have to re-do any tags or garments that are displayed incorrectly.
  • If you do not see any available drop off slots: If no drop off slots are open check back frequently as a consignor may un-register and open a previously filled slot. Drop off slots are generally full by the Tuesday of Drop Offs.
  • If you do not drop off by the last appointment on Wednesday, Feb 22: TTT understands that sometimes traffic, vehicle problems, sickness, and family or work issues may prevent you from being on time. Therefore, we allow a maximum one hour emergency cushion for drop offs on Wednesday, Feb 22. If you cannot make your appointment by the extended 4:00 pm deadline, you can participate in our re-stock drop off days (Feb 26- 28; Sunday-Tuesday).
