Checks

 

Checks will be issued by 11/2/10.
Notifications are sent out via e-mail to consignors when checks have been mailed. Information you fill out when registering to consign is what TTT uses when addressing and issuing your check. Please verify your spelling and your current address prior to the system shut down date. If your address changes after the system shut down date, e-mail us your current information.

Why Don't We Issue Checks Immediately?
There is still a lot of work to be done after the event closes. We have to sort merchandise back according to consignor ID#, manage pick up day, help the charity drivers load donations, break down racks, move our materials and displays out of the Horse Park before our lease ends, re-load materials and displays into storage, input work shifts and no shows into reports to give those consignors proper credit in their checks, respond to a multitude of emails, run sales reports, wait for deposited checks to clear, collect bad checks, and then finally run consignor reports, print checks, and stuff them to be mailed. We work hard to get you your check in a timely manner and we appreciate your understanding.
